Hai Pham: Entrepreneur and Technology Innovator

As a young professional living in the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh, I've had the privilege of embarking on an exciting and diverse career journey. My story begins with my studies at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), where I laid the foundation for my future endeavors.

Early Career and PUPAM

My professional path started at VPBank, giving me valuable insights into the financial sector. Soon after, I joined VietNIS, where I played a key role in developing PUPAM. At VietNIS, I helped create a compact, cloud-based ERP tool focused on automation. We partnered with industry leaders like AWS, Google, and Microsoft to bring our B2B cloud solutions to market.

Entrepreneurial Ventures

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, I then founded Oxeraak, a series of six hotels offering a range of accommodations from bunk beds to luxurious king-sized rooms. My passion for innovation also led me to co-found Roselay, a cosmetics shop specializing in natural products. With Roselay, we aim to educate young consumers about cosmetics and support local, small brands in reaching their customers.

Diverse Experiences

After exploring various side projects and indulging in some travel, I joined Madin, a company producing AdBlue for diesel vehicles. However, my journey came full circle when I returned to PUPAM to help reconstruct their internal system. There, I've been instrumental in creating Sys24, a cloud-based system designed to streamline work processes.

Current Focus and Future Plans

Currently, I'm excited about our plans to market PUPAM's own cloud-based product, aimed at boosting productivity for our customers. Throughout my career, I've remained committed to leveraging technology for business optimization while keeping an eye out for diverse market opportunities.

My journey has been one of continuous learning and growth, and I look forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in the dynamic world of technology and entrepreneurship.
